If you don't know what you are doing here: these are High Voltage Ring custom
builds to bridge the gap between now and next HVR release. Extract these and
they should hopefully work out of the box. These do not create start menu
entries like HVR from Ring Racers will, so you will have to keep track of it.
Bigger number after "rev" means the build is fresher.
